"My family stayed here in August for one night. I chose the hotel based on the good reviews and parking available at the hotel. Parking is not available at the hotel. There is a paid car park across the street. We booked several months in advance. We have four people so we needed two rooms. The rooms were not even in the same building. Our room was on the street level with a window to the road. It was so loud. Breakfast was terrible. We had to pick a time but the people before us were late causing us to wait for a long time. By the time we got in, the buffet had been picked over with a couple of pieces of gross/old fruit left. The breakfast we ordered was not what was brought out. We couldn’t wait to leave this place. The only thing good about is the close distance to town."

"Super spot. Very handy parking with the marina opposite and walking distance to pubs etc in the town. Very spacious clean room. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again"

"Brilliant location and lovely people. Bit of a downside was having nowhere to park the car, other than paid car park across the street or taking some spots that belong to the nearby Aquarium staff. Other than that it is great and I'd 100% recommend staying."

"Stayed here 2 wks ago great location very clean, strong smell of heating oil so had to keep bathroom window open all night. Woken up at 830 following morning and asked to move our car from a designated parking space to make space for a container breakfast awful cold had to ask for it to be reheated. There was a young girl left to bring in breakfast and clear tables it was obvious she had no experience but doing her best we ended up getting cutlery from a press ourselves. On checking out we pointed our issues and appreciated gesture of a small refund which I might add we have still not received very disappointing"
