"This is my second review, first didn't appear. My 7 month old pup spent a day in daycare, no issues and two videos sent with him in good form in the reception cabin. He then spent a night to assess his suitability for a longer stay. When we collected him, we were told there was no issues and he is a happy dog, not much feedback. I text the owner following the discovery of two bad grazes and sent a video. The reaction was dismissive and defensive . The dog is very nervous of new environments since now over a week later. My advice stay away. Pity I couldn't give a negative star rating"
"My two dogs Jake & Coco love going out to Christie...they get all excited when I tell them they are going out, and that says it all...they are well cared for, and happy out in the Grantstown Kennels...Janeen is excellent at caring for the pets also, and loves my two doggies. I would highly recommend Grantstown Kennels."
