"Ordered through an app. Rang shop to confirm order and was told the driver was leaving with order in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later I got a notification from the app that my order was cancelled. I rang the shop again and was told they new nothing about any order and that they could do nothing to help as it was now too late to order. I didn't get as much as an apology. The tone was: well there's nothing on the system so you must have made a mistake. I would advise against ordering from this established. My experience was very poor."
