"I do not know where these 1 star reviews are coming from! Other chemists? This is an absolutely wonderful pharmacy! All of the pharmacists and staff have been nothing but kind, lovely and accommodating. My hubby has early onset parkinsons, I have 2 autistic boys with various issues and allergies and I myself have been diagnosed with a neurological disorder which makes speech difficult for me. They knew me before my disorder as I have been going there for MANY years and even though now it is difficult to communicate they are absolutely lovely and don't rush me which actually helps with my speech. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could!"
"I have been a customer for years and I have overlooked constant errors with my monthly prescriptions because it's nearby. Most of the staff there are at best rude, and utterly dismissive. One pharmacist in particular (male) has been rude and completely unprofessional towards me on more than one occasion. In the recent past, he has acted like I was looking for something illicit and embarrassed me in front of a busy shop floor. Again tonight, he didn't even have the courtesy to stand and listen to me when I was only trying to ask him a question but instead he was rude and walked away from me as I was speaking to him, and acted arrogant, like I was less than him and just some massive inconvenience for wanting clarification on the cost. Once again, there was no attempt to speak to me privately. I can see from other reviews that I'm clearly not the only one to experience this unprofessionalism and rudeness. So I'm going to be taking my custom elsewhere, where I will be shown the respect and dignity that any customer deserves. Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with."
