"Very unprofessional, nó complaints fourms on there store website or for head office. Head office you ring no one to answer there phone s. You issue them with a complaint about there belgard store having a high number of customers complaints about staff behaviour no response. You complained about there dog groomer being unprofessional and leaving the dog with half a hair cut and a mark. Told this happens a lot unfortunately. In sórt there good resins you can't log complaints or contact head office. They do not went you too. End of. They are too busys. Unfortunately there human resources team do not deal with staff issues told by them via only person answering the phone. That's funny in most companies they deal with staff with the manager. Very poor customer service and think need to sort there issues with customer service. With out customer were they be.."
