"The staff from front desk to restaurant and bar were exceptional...except the bar manager who thought it was OK to completely ignore a request that I made. We spoke to a girl called Gaby who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We also spoke to a manager called Jerry and he was also very polite and helpful. Its such a pity that 1 person could undo the good work from the rest of the staff. Breakfast was excellent one of the nicest I've had in any hotel for awhile. The room was lovely and comfortable"
"Beautiful room, receptionist so helpful and overall great night spent away. Did have to ask for Teabags and regular coffee in the room but was addressed very quickly, wouldn't let it take from the experience overall."
"I loved loved every bit of it. Couldn't have chosen a better place to host my wedding. Thank you so much to The Oriel House Hotel staff and management. Everything was perfect"
"We ordered a deluxe suite for three people for New Year's Eve, thinking we were getting the New Year's Eve package. We received a confirmation for the New Year's Eve restaurant reservation, but we later discovered that we had paid nearly 500 euros for just the stay alone. The offer, in my opinion, misled us. Instead of the stated five-course meal, we were served an expensive burger and fish and chips on New Year's Eve, which we had to order and pay for at the hotel bistro bar. The room was acceptable; however, there were only two towels for three people. My daughter's bed linens also smelled of rotten milk, so we decided to cut our stay short and left the hotel after only one night. In total, we spent nearly 600 euros on the worst New Year's celebration."
"Loved my stay here! The room was massive and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist was lovely , check in and out were quick and easy. Would recommend staying here."
