"Updated to provide clarity and information for potential customers. Said house was left in what was described as a good and proper condition by yourself when you viewed. As landlord had decided to try and con deposit back your view changed as not surprisingly you were listing and selling this house for him so why side with 4 working professionals where you were not getting bussines from. Also worth nothing that the property was not registered with the RTB or income declared by owner or yourselves. As mentioned bottom line and corruption seems to motivate the way things are done in this company can give more detail and paper evidence if disrespectful and false replies are made and would be very willing to take matter further if needed. As mentioned stay away, plenty other estate agents in area much better and more honest to deal with. I only gave 2 because of one of the staff Elaine who is very lovely and nice and good to deal with. Con is extremely rude, arrogant and unhelpful. When it was clear he could make no money from us doesn't really care. No replies to queries or mails and unprofessional attitude and behavior when reached. Would definitely recommend go to another letting agency."

"Elaine Bouge asked me to do a cleaning job over the weekend. I spent over an hour looking for the property (she had told me 56 in an email and in the email subject line it was 58. (she deleted this later). She got the property number mixed up it was actually 53. Completely wasted my time and I lost out on earnings because of her mistake. An apology would been appreciated but instead she tried to cover up her tracks and said the owner wasn't available. Why couldn't you have just been honest and apologised for your mistake?"
