"Got some good items here but when we asked a member of staff to assist with selecting the right harness of our dog who we had with us, we were simply shown the harnesses but no assistance was given in the selection or fitting of the harness which is what we wanted. Good products just felt the customer service on this occasion was not there."
"Just wanted to thank you the AMAZING girls at the grooming here, they did a wonderful job with our dog. It was his first time at a grommer and we just needed his nails cut. He’s a lovely dog but so nervous and afraid in new environments. The girls cuddled him a lot, and he was so happy, after. Again, thank you, as this helped us to get our beloved furry one to break the ice. The store itself is so nice. You’ll find all you need and even what you didn't even think existed! "A new addition to the family a canary bought some little toys for our Tweety , we were not sure as to the birds anatomy .A lovely assistant gave me some surprising and informative news , From this e can say it's a boy as males only sing , the female bird does not .Also she suggested a slice of apple for Tweety as it's another way of getting nutrients into him and they also love it too.Thank you for a pleasant experience."
