"Eat pizza on St Patrick's day. The place was damn busy but got my pizza on time. The food was amazing staff was polite. Will definitely return it and will recommend it to all."

"I ordered food from this establishment this evening, spoke to the server who was lovely, made the changes I wanted to my pizza and ordered chicken dippers as my side along with two cans of coke and a chocolate fudge brownie ice cream as my desert. My friend then placed his order but also added chips to it which put the idea in my head so I called a member of staff and asked her If I could add chips to my order, she gladly took my payment with a smile and put the order through to the kitchen. Customer service went out the window after money was exchanged. (Security wise) I received the chips which I had ordered afterwards as an addition, FIRST!?? As I stood there waiting for the original order I had placed, I decided to open my almost cold bag of chips and put one in my mouth, when seconds later I was met by a security member telling me" you cannot eat in here". I told him " oh no sorry excuse me I'm just waiting on more food to come out". He then rolled his eyes and stormed off. My encounter with this establishment was OK Until this moment. Next I joked with my friend as if I was to eat a chip again because the encounter with security was beyond ridiculous! and was told to stop again or I would be asked to leave the restaurant? even though I didn't place any food in my mouth?. When I asked him his name (multiple times) he just asked "why" and never told me so this is why I can't name this man by name. The "security" who are absolutely appalling are obviously inexperienced in the line of customer service and should be thought how to deal with people properly. I will not visit here again and I will tell my friends to do the same."

"Imagine a place based in Kinsale and they don't know where The Dock is, the main beach and all the houses. It got worse.. we wrote everyones order down for our large group so we would be ready. Just eat app told us they do deliver. We then input it all into the app. After all that, it said they dont deliver to our address. We then phoned them but the staff member who answered our call seemed quite clueless. We had to repeat ourselves several times. He didn't know where the Dock bar was and didn't ask a colleague either. We were told to put the order in the app again. (After we rang to get a delivery). We spent time inputting everything again (12 people so a lot of money for them). It didnt work. So we called back to make a plan B. The staff person was extremely rude and when we tried to explain and suggest we could drive in, he hung up! All in all an hour and a half wasted and very hungry children and adults. Do not waste your time here. Zero stars but it wont let me."
