"Filthy dirty, tables not cleaned up for ages both upstairs and downstairs. Gents toilet a disgrace, not attended to in 90 minutes according to the service card and longer since it had a good clean. Two urinals out of action. The manager needs a shake up!!"
"It's was busy, but the order wasn't done correctly for my son, who I wanted to treat him with a chicken burger meal, no salad, just cheese, kitchen, and chicken burger in a bum. We received our meals, but they accidently gave us a chicken fillet on its own. They did resolve it, but the chicken burger had pink sauce with salad. So, I have to scrape that off so my kid won't be hungry or left out in his meal. It wasn't a horrible experience, but it shouldn't have been done correctly."
