"i'm quite sure this branch of Luciano's is now closed permanently. all traces and signage have been gone for many weeks now. i will actually miss it, because a few of the take-away staples were very good. chips always the real deal and generally very nice. fried chicken also very good. didn't really explore the menu further once i found things done well. i understand many people will have sought pizza take-away from this place - of course! it's in the name. however their pizza was always a "challenging" "interpretation" of the dish. as in, i finished mine the one time i tried it, while continually wondering *wtaf*."

"You should be ashamed to call yourself a Pizza Place. I have never ever had Cheddar Chees on top a pizza before, it is disgusting, I would have been better just making toast and throwing some cheese on it because that is what your so called Pizza was like. As for Garlic bread, it was just a baguette with parsley butter on it, there was no hint of Garlic and everything was cold by the time it arrived. First and last time ordering from here. Im still trying to work out what the base of the pizza is made of, it looks like it might be one of those premade ones from Dunnes"

"Shocking customer service . Placed an order on JustEat , where there was no bracket to allow space to leave a comment for the restaurant. Decided to call immediately after I placed my order , to ask for changes to be made to our food as we wanted to have certain toppings . Was told “not our problem , is there anything else now you want to ask we’re busy you know “ . Usually no problem with this up until today . Disgusted"

"Pizza was meant to have peppers, onion, ham and mushrooms. I could see the peppers, I tasted the half cooked mushrooms, but nothing else bar the burned cheddar slices. Chips were the kind that are frozen and fine if consumed within 10 minutes, but turn to a greasy block afterwards. Cheaper and better food can be found in the supermarket frozen Isle, and you'll have more friendly staff around too."
