"I went to the pharmacy for some eye medication, they didn't have what I was prescribed, Which is fine, but the lady behind the counter wouldn't let me leave with Just nothing, she gave an alternative, but said will be on the system if it is needed. Some people would say we don't have it so we'll call you when it's in. But she took the time too find an alternative. There are people that appreciate your service. I work in the NHS, I know how hard it is when people don't get what they want. And complaints can be demoralising, this isn't a complaint, this is a massive thank you, to the lady behind the counter.
