"This is a convenient and clean store and I am thankful for having it in our area. I often buy reduced products especially fruit, vegetable, ready-made meals which otherwise would end up being thrown away. I noticed the staff doesn't pay attention to charge the reduced prices when you get to the till, so often I end up paying a full price. Most of the staff is very nice but some act like they are doing you a favour for serving you behind the counter. I think the management needs to invest more in the training of part time and newly employed staff so their attitude towards customers reflect the policy of Coop stores."
