"Amazing customer service...NOT! Just tried calling and the initial answer was far from professional, which made we want to hang up before asking to move £10,000s worth of equipment. We called to get a quote and the guy didn't sound like he wanted the work, was rude and commented about us wanting to tie our job in with another job to keep costs down. Nice work Mitchells Haulage. "One star more than I would like to give but cannot post without a rating. Will take a job on but does not see it through, makes excuses for being unable to carry out the job as expected. Communication is almost non existent but is rude when you do contact him. To get the job done I recommend IKL Transport. Have finally had a reply after almost a year !!!! Nothing illegal about the job we requested -- The job was accepted,,,,,,, after 10 months we are still waiting to hear if the truck that was going to do the job has been repaired !! ---- anyone who wishes to use this company _ all I can say is don't hold your breath for delivery !"
