"I can not remember the amount of times I’ve pre booked this company to be waiting forever for a driver to be assigned, It’s a joke. I end up cancelling and getting a lift of friends or family. If the greedy firms stop charging so much on running in fees and let the divers earn a decent wage before all their expenses we might have more drivers on the road. Drivers can pick and choose their jobs so if you need a last minute lift a couple of miles then forget it."

I pre booked a taxi and after multiple calls to the head office I was told we are allocating me a driver. 30 mins later they eventually told me that they were unable to fulfil their appointment. This company are any absolute joke. How you think you can operate as a reputable public service is beyond me. Please take my advice and do not use this service, the sooner these jokers are out of business the better. They’re a disgrace."
