"My friends and I booked a taxi with Wer2 on Sunday night and it arrived so quickly considering this is a new business. Our driver Gary was so chatty with us and everyone in the office were lovely too. I left my phone in the back of the car and the office organized for Gary to drop it off at no extra cost less than half an hour after I realized it was gone. Gary, you are an absolute legend and we will definitely be using this firm again. Couldn't recommend enough!"
"I ordered at cab on Thursday evening to pick me up Friday morning and take me to work, the cab never showed up, I never got a call to explain why either, I was late to work but got there thanks to 82 Updaye...I rang to speak to the owner passed on my number and was told I would be contacted today. However just like the taxi....nothing! Claim to be better then drive but atleast drive give an excuse, the owner of Wer2 is trying to run a cab firm on his own and can't keep up with demand, don't say you can provide a service when you can't, then ignore customers when they want to give you a chance to explain! Not just bad customer servi No service at all!"
