"1 star as unable to leave a 0 star review. Absolute joke. Never on time and attitude when you question where the taxi (you've been told "has just cleared" 4/5 times already) is. Pre-booked a taxi a while ago an hour before my train was due for it to turn up 40 minutes late. When booking the car I told them my train time and the telephonist told me it was ample time for her then to tell me after a few call backs (I was getting worried I was going to miss my train) I should of booked it earlier. The next time I was catching a train I thought an hour and 45 minutes would be plenty enough... Lol... It was over an hour late! I wouldn't mind but since Drive has bought out the majority of Hull taxi firms we ain't got a choice but to use them. When talking to the drivers they're the first to tell you how miserable they are and how poorly managed the company is. Sort it out."
