"Just a fabulous sight for families. Even the cove has a proper night club feel Wen kids have all gone to bed. Food in restaurant really tasty and plenty of it. So much to do there and so pretty by the pub of an evening with all the lights. We loved it so much we are purchasing a van shortly."

"Been a few times over many years, still always a nice get away. Everything is aimed at fun for all the family so expect crowded places and lots of noise from kids and a lot of loud music, show and people enjoying themselves whilst on holiday. It can seem messy at peek times but you will see a lot of staff cleaning and working hard to keep the place clean and tidy. As you would expect the prices of stuff is high but if you drive you do have a lot of options for eating out and shopping locally but there is a train station close by which does run to local place were you can shop or enjoy other beaches. The caravan are all well set up and are clean and tidy but ear plugs might be worth it if your a light sleeper or like going to bed early I'd recommend them for the rain at night if it's that end of the season or just the welsh weather. Lots of nice views to be had so you have a lot of photos too. The shows are worth watching and I recommend joining in with the quiz as it's a lot of fun (also a chance of winning some wine) good family holiday spot but book swimming early and check the weather for some outdoor activities it's fun in the rain but only if your ready for it. "We stayed here last year in the touring area and it was perfect, the facilities were spotless and the holiday it self was amazing, so we booked to go back this year! There were different wardens this year from last, John is just rude, he didn’t clean once and spent most of the time wandering around inside the ladies toilets, which not sure why he was in there when no cleaning was being done and toilets were open! The other guy was friendly and he did clean the basic things but in general the whole place needs a deep clean!!! The toilets in the Cove need fixing and there was no hand soap in hardly any of the dispensers around the camp site. The evening entertainment was repetitive most nights and they only had a very few songs, which was the same songs in the same order, which be great if was entertainment for under 5s but my 8 year old was not impressed with the songs! head, shoulders knees and toes, came on and he was ready to go home when that came on as felt he was in nursery not a camp site. The pool was good but not sure why the flumes haven’t been fixed, as been shut all season. Also the prices of drinks is just ridiculous, its amazing how many people sat with empty tables or took there own drinks! Unfortunately we won’t be returning. Such a shame as last year was a whole different holiday. Definitely won’t be returning!"

"Haven is not my first choice of UK holiday break but my children absolutely love it so we booked a 4 night break in a static. The caravan was relatively clean, I always take cleaning products with me to give it a once over when we arrive though. We were placed directly next to the delivery area which was noisy after 7am, but didn't bother us as we are all early risers. The pool was clean and lots of staff, all very helpful. Evening entertainment was OK, the microphones and exceptionally loud speakers let it down. Also the fact that people were allowed in after the shows started so were wondering round looking for seats whilst the panto was on meant we missed most of it. The site itself is lovely, clean, well maintained and loads to do. Be prepared to spend a lot though. Everything has an extra charge. The beach is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean and the views are stunning. For a child centred UK break you can't go wrong with Haven"
