"It’s a great idea full of gory information. It’s worth a visit. Might be too gory for young children though so be mindful of this. The guy at the front desk gives you a talk and assumes a persona in keeping with the experience which is a nice touch."
"Great experience, love the fact there is a quiz and anatomy you have to solve. Again plenty of hands on activities and learning all the smells and diseases. Also in an old listed church which makes it even more better."
"I loved this place. It was fun. All the horrors of the middle ages medicine is here to see and even to smell. Fantastic price for £6 per person."
"A great find in Chester. Their efforts during Halloween must be commended. Although it’s a bit small, but defo a great way to spend time couple of hours with the kids going around, reading interesting educational stuff as well as lots of opportunities for the kids to play and explore. Hand sanitisers are readily available everywhere and social distance can easily be maintained. As soon as you buy the tickets, someone (in costume) will come out to give you a torch ( you’ll find out why ;) )and explain what this whole experience is about. You’ll then be escorted into an antechamber to see a short video (-and take some cool pics). Then you’ll enter the main display area where you get to roam around and chance to discover …. Stuff! Quite a fun pass time for adults as well, specially when they throw evening theme parties. P.S. gift shop is at the tickets"
