"Was asked to write a review by one of the estate agents after a viewing. Ordinarily that would be me rolling my eyes and ignoring it but, in all honesty, I had a pleasant experience, in stark contrast to appointments I'd had the previous week with other companies. Firstly, the appointment was made, questions were readily answered over the phone, and the time and date were both texted and e-mailed to me. The day before, another text was sent as a reminder. And this morning, I was phoned by the agent to confirm that the viewing was taking place. It's really just nice to come across estate agents who have a professional approach to appointments, making sure that clients are aware of the date and time and assured that the viewing will be taking place. It's nice to not have my time, patience, and fuel wasted. Beyond that, viewing was perfectly fine. The agent was friendly, polite, informative, and made allowances for an early arrival. Kudos to you guys and rock on. The reviews on here seem to speak well of you for good reason."
