"We’ve only visited once so far but I have already booked in our next appointment. It was the best service I could have ever asked for and I left feeling very relieved! I recently adopted a long hair rescue cat (Harley) and was having a little trouble grooming her due to her resisting / getting stressed. We’ve now gotten to the point that she’ll let me brush her but unfortunately had some matting… plus I wasn’t prepared to tackle her nail trim myself. Louise managed to get more done than I had anticipated considering how stressed Harley had gotten at one point but managed to calm her down.
