"My son had a prescription for penicillin following urgent care appointment. I went to 3 pharmacy's that simply said its out of stock due to a national shortage. Find somewhere else. After googling local pharmacies I came across Lindleys, in tears I phoned and asked them if they had it in stock. They didnt, but unlike all the other pharmacies they told me to go back to urgent care, get the script changed, even telling me what was in stock, they then spoke to urgent care and held the medication for me to collect. What a superb service. Highly recommend this pharmacy. Amazing and helpful staff who really do care. Unlike Lloyd's who simply sent me away in tears"

"The team at this place are brilliant. After a recent national shortage of a particular medicine, I called here after trying 4 other pharmacies in Bedford. They went above and beyond to assist me in fulfilling the prescription. A big shout out to Aga, who even though was on a day off had dropped by the shop to pick something up, helped me by making sure my order was fulfilled and sorting out the mess that a big retail pharmacy had left when they released my prescription! They could sense the stress and urgency that this had all put me through and did absolutely everything they could to assist. All of them are champions and legends!
