"Gajen and Thiny took over the chemist recently and they are a lovely young couple, backed up by calm, caring staff like Trish. I mention that they took over recently so that previous, negative, comments can be put in context - i.e. they referred to the previous incumbents. All they do seems to be with the customer in mind. I'm saying this as a customer myself who is impressed by their ethos. I used to go to another chemist which was a stressful experience, shall we say - and I am not slow to feedback about such things.
