"Great holiday! I really enjoyed it. Everything was perfect from the man welcoming us in the reception until the room was tidy and clean. The beds are really comfortable and I woke up with a good mood. Staff was helpful and showed us around the area. We will definitely be booking here again and we really enjoyed our stay. "I have stayed a few times in this Hotel before. It is a fairly good hotel in my opinion, nothing too extravaganza. The staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are kept clean and tidy to reasonable standards. If you're looking for a luxurious hotel then this one is not for you."

"We stayed last month, it was a lovely hotel the receptionist was friendly showed us to our room pointed out the basement for breakfast, the hotel was very clean. We stayed in the Glamorous room and the bed was extremely comfortable we had a great night sleep. The room is located at the back of hotel so we were lucky it was lovely and quiet. Everything you need in the room for a nights stay. My only tiny complaint is the bathroom it was extremely small and the bath was like a mini bath my partner at 6ft opted not to use the bath! I think it would be really good to show the smaller bathrooms in pictures as well as the luxurious bathrooms just so people know exactly what they are getting the shower door could do with replacing but overall our room was great. I really loved breakfast the girls were really friendly and welcoming. We both opted for full English which was served promptly -you can help yourself to orange and apply juice fruit, croissants, yogurt drinks and cereal. There wasn’t a receptionist the following day anywhere to be seen I went outside at 7am and 9am and then we checked out at 10am but no one was at the desk at any time I rang the bell but no one came so we just dropped our keys in the basket it wasn’t a massive issue. The hotel is situated in a good area close to sea front and a lovely lake with swans, park, ice cream cafe very nice to walk around and get some sea air. Close to piers and town centre we went to the Mary rose and spinnaker tower and was very close by."
