The vets make a fuss of the cats and our dog has made friends with most of the staff! We’ve always managed to get urgent appointments when required too. Great to know we can rely on them."
"I actually changed my rating from 4 to 5 after being a customer for our 3 pets for years. They've been very good and staff members are great and caring. When we had to put our doggo to sleep Jorge came out to us and was absolutely outstanding. When we had to take one of our cats to an emergency vet in MK in the weekend and the got him transferred to GD on Monday we believed he was in much better care, even though he had to be take to another location overnight. But the care and staff and much more reassuring."
