"Our Spynx cat Echo has just returned from his 4 night stay. Jackie and her family were warm and welcoming from the first time we contacted them. They took amazing care of Echo and you can tell they are passionate about animals. Echo didn't want to get in his carry he had such a lovely time. Echo came home calm and happy. Would definitely recommend!"

"Would highly recommend Hotel Cat. My two British Shorthair cats stayed between 14th to 21st August in the beachcombers suite. Milo has a pancreas health issue and requires daily medication and Stitch requires a lot of attention. Jackie was fantastic with our cats and is very clearly a cat lover- both returned home very relaxed and full of purrs. It was difficult to put them back in their carriers as they wanted to stay so much! We will be using Hotel Cat in the future when we next go on holiday."

"Our cat Walnut has recently returned from a stay at Hotel Cat - she has previously not coped well with traditional catteries at all (returning very stressed and jumpy). But she absolutely loved Hotel Cat and came back relaxed and happy - as if nothing had happened. I also had a chance to see her in the cattery setting when I went to pick her up - she seemed very comfortable and confident in their surroundings. We will definitely book again any time we need to put Walnut in a cattery."

"Our 4 yr old male tabby cat (Charlie) recently stayed at the cat hotel for a week. He's never stayed in a cattery before so we were all a bit nervous, but we had no other option as we were moving house at the time. I simply cannot thank Jackie and Tim enough for all of their help and reassurance during this time!! They were so warm, friendly and welcoming when I went to have a look round that I knew it was the only place I could leave Charlie for the week. I had total confidence that they would look after him very well, which they did! Despite me dropping off a very unfriendly and hissing cat, within a couple of days they had won him round and he settled in well. Didn't really bat an eyelid when we went to collect him, I think he'd rather have stayed:) the regular emails were a great comfort, along with the photos of him obviously enjoying his holiday away.
