"I emailed Dot at very short notice - 9.30pm the night before - to ask her to look after my very energetic Lab x puppy the next day for the day and she said yes, even though she didn't know me and had other dogs booked in. Bella seemed very happy when I picked her up and slept very soundly so I know she had fun and wasn't bored as she very rarely gets tired. Dot was very helpful, friendly and definitely knows what she's doing. It's so nice to find a professional person prepared to help out at short notice. I will definitely take Bella there again next time there's no one home."
"Dot has been really accommodating to me when I have needed help with day care for my lovely older whippet X, even when my hours were anti-social. I always knew he was in safe hands with Dot and everything is always straight forward and easy to arrange. I sometimes contact her ad hoc and Dot will try and help out if she can. It's reassuring to know that I have a reliable person to call if I need dog care or walkies even at short notice. I am confident with Dot having a key to my house and coming to get my dog when needed."

"Our Labrador reached his one year birthday in the care of Dot and he had a whale of a time for the 5 days he stayed,( whilst we fretted about leaving him for the first time ever!!). Dot kept us informed about our lab with many photos and videos of their walks and swimming trips. He loved the company of other dogs ... so much so that he was grumpy on his first day back with us. Highly recommended."
"Dot has looked after Mabel for nearly a year now and has been absolutely brilliant. Mabel loves spending time with her and can’t get out the car quick enough when she is dropped off in the morning.,We trust her explicitly and have recommended her to several of our friends. Dot has also looked after her when we have gone on holiday. We receive updates and videos. I felt quite angry reading the ignorant review by the lady who handled her concerns so publicly.
