"Tesco do most things well. Try to imagine how badly a NGS (National Grocery Service) would perform. We'd all starve waiting for an appointment, and we'd have to phone at 8am sharp to get one, and then be offered one in three weeks time. By then we'd have starved. "Awful staff, accused me of stealing because some items didn't scan using the scanner. I'm talking cheap reduced items. You don't have to be smart to think if someone was planning on stealing they'd steal full price. Tried to raise this at customer service but she no one there."
