"Brilliant receptionists, always do their utmost to help. Overwhelming majority of vets are kind, caring and highly skilled. Sadly, their out of hours service although brilliant is now beyond my pocket."

"Avoid avoid avoid. They give treatments that were not consented or wanted then lie when you question or complain. Out Gecko lost half its tail because an injection was given without our knowledge or consent when we were told she was being taken for an Xray. The site of the injection was clearly visible in the tail and we were told by the vet it was done in the tail.... Yet when we raised it we were told it had been done in the "upper part of the leg". Had we been asked we would have refused the injection here as we know it is commonly known to cause tail drop. So, not only do they perform non consensual treatments they lie point blank when it goes wrong. We have removed our other pets from the vets and we are taking matters further. The place should be shut down."

"I can’t say thank you enough to this incredible practise. I am here on holiday and my dog sliced her ear on a barbed where fence. The kindness show to her and me as we spurted blood all over the surgery was incredible. My dog is quite nervous and they took time to make her feel as comfortable as they could. I wish this vet was nearer to home. Outstanding service that clearly puts the animals first. Thank you so much xx"
