"The worst clinic in Bournemouth. Lack of professionalism, scammers for money and they are not sure about their diagnoses, which makes them want to repeat tests many times and for which you have to pay again. Very rude Hannah who is racist in conversation with me and my husband said that "she got a headache because she doesn't understand our English ”… Due to her insecurities in diagnosis we almost decided to put our puppy to sleep... The experience in your clinic still evokes a lot of negative and unpleasant emotion in me. Avoid this veterinary clinic!!!"
"Very friendly staff, not always possible to see the same vet in an emergency (we’ve had a couple) but that’s understandable. On general appointments we’ve had no issue in that regard. Our dog has had two major surgeries in the last six months, one a TPLO carried out at the surgery, which went really well and he was up and about in no time and one carried out by a specialist referred to us by the vet due to an emergency with his pericardium, there was no messing about, they knew that it was urgent that we deal with it. I was a little hesitant and upset but my questions were answered, I was calmed and I left feeling secure that this was the right step. This saved our dog’s life, literally."
