"A disgrace to the plumbing profession. Gives a quote then charges extra on the job once you're tied in. Had a new boiler installed from him. Boiler leaking 3 weeks later, rang and messaged but ignored calls and text. Avoid using this plumber at all costs and use a reputable professional plumber. "My boiler stopped working and of all days for this to happen it was a Sunday. Googled boiler repairs and many were not open but AA plumbing and heating services came up as one that was. After reading the reviews I gave them a call not expecting them being able to come out but they arrived within 2 hrs which was excellent. After an hour of doing a thorough investigation fault was found and proven and new circuit board was replaced. Also required thermostat on water tank to be replaced and control panel which he was happy to do and amazingly had all the parts required which is rare these days. All fixed and working perfectly within a few hours. I would highly recommend excellent service, very polite and parts appears to be good quality."

"Called in AA for a faulty boiler. Sid came over later that day and quickly diagnosed the problem. The boiler needed a new part, Sid rearranged to bring the part and replace the following day. He was prompt, efficient and very professional. His charges were very fair. He completed the work within an hour and left the job tidy and my boiler working. I would highly recommend him to all."
