"Called on Friday arranged for them to come out on Monday at 12pm to look at repairing my oven. Turned up 3 hours early which looked promising. Said I needed a new element in the oven, and they would go to suppliers and call back with a price. Got to 12:30pm and heard nothing so tried to contact them only to be told not yet been to supplier. Contacted them again at 4:00pm to be told they couldn’t get the part and it would have to be a new oven. Too late in the day not to do anything about it as I’m now back at work. Very poor communication."
