"This is more about the website - which doesn't specially state if something is out of stock in store and misleadingly suggests you can collect (when it actually means you can place and order, and they need to fetch it from somewhere else first). I've wasted time, petrol and over a day without the product I wanted which now has to be delivered instead. Just say on your website if the store physically has it in stock or not - your staff (who are helpful btw and very friendly) have the ability to see it in their tablets, why doesn't the customer have that on the website?"

An hour later the order was cancelled and my credit card still charged. 15 days later after many calls to their overseas customer service and finally a visit to the store demanding money and a threat of legal action they have refunded me.
