"Very helpful and friendly lady, we were looking for charcoal biscuits for our puppy who has a dirty habit of eating poop and we were told to get these biscuits from an advise page, after searching around we found this pet store who sold them! She was good on giving us helpful advice. Thankfully our puppy has stopped eating poop now due to these biscuits! Hopefully I don't jinx it by writing this haha. Thanks for your help!"
