"Really disappointed with my two cocker spaniels frooming session today. Our little pups were growing beautiful tuffs of hair on top of their heads but they decided to take the scissors to them. They now both look really scruffy and unkept I know their hair will grow back but im really not impressed and will not return."
"First time here with my 1 year old cockapoo. Totally butchered his haircut, clearly just shaved him and was done in just over an hour. No care to what he looked like. On my return to collect him I got told that he’d got a bit mouthy when trying to cut his nails, probably because he was in pain from the big cut to his skin around his bottom. He’s been in pain ever since. Will not be going back and definitely will be telling people to avoid."
