"After having a bad experience with another groomer i phonee this place where i was booked in very quickly, upon arrival i explain that my dogs hair was quite matted and the lady explained they would provably have to cut my dogs hair quite a lot shorter because of this which i was happy with. I received a call after dropping my pup off from Kay to pre warn me about the shortness of my dogs hair which was a lovely though and very reassuring. When i collected my pup i was quite shocked to see him looking so different but i can honestly say they did an excellent job on a very frightened puppy. 4 weeks later and im still thrilled with his cut i will definitely be coming here again. Thank you"
