"My puppy goes to daycare here 3 days a week, and she has the best time! Always fussed over, when I collect her at the end of the day she’s getting cuddles on the sofa, So happy she is happy and safe while I’m not around. Also had a groom with Katie and came home looking like the fluffiest little teddy bear, her fur was the perfect length and all the knots were gone, plus she was so cute!! Highly recommend."
"I don’t normally leave reviews, but today the staff at Katie’s Pet Heaven went above and beyond any groomers I have ever been too. Firstly it was a very last minute booking as my pup has a photoshoot the following day - the staff started off setting expectations explaining that they would do their best in the short space of time they had, honestly I was expecting a very rough cut just to get him through the shoot and oh my word I have never seen a more perfect cut! My pup normally gets very nervous and most groomers have to do two sessions - honestly doing it in just over an hour this women has to be a miracle worker! I cannot thank and recommend them enough. Thank you once more - cannot wait to share more photos from the shoot but for now here is the results!!"
"Wish I'd found Katie's before I went to another groomer in Crowthorne in January, got charged £60 with them for my small dog, and no where near a good a job as Katie's who charged £38. Will be going to Katie's from now on. Many thanks for making Dora even more beautiful than she already is!"
"I had both of my dogs hair cut today but the other won’t sit still for photos. Katie’s grooming parlour is beautiful, bright and lots to keep the dogs entertained, the staff are friendly and have done a great job with my dogs, and they had the full treatments, the dogs were very well looked after. I 100% recommend Katie’s Pet Heaven, we have booked again & will continue to use this service, thanks you xx"
