"I took my poochon for a groom to Winnersh last evening. It was one of the worst experiences. I will definitely not go there again. This is not the first time this groomer has behaved in this manner. The groomer was rude, accused him of biting her and said she’s not going to be grooming him. When i asked if he really bit her, considering the fact that he is a therapy dog, she said no! So what was the fuss about? Then when he was picked up, he had literally no fur on his tail and his coat was right down to the skin! He seriously wasn’t that matted!"
