"Such amazing friendly staff who are so happy to interact with and are more than happy to deal with any concern you may have. The second you walk through the main entrance door even before getting to your own apartment you already have the sense of home and safety. They are never to busy to say hello or to have a quick chat with and also they remember your name from the second you become a tenant within the building. These guys make the gatehouse,the great house!"
"I lived in Gatehouse for a little over a year. I was not in Southampton but experienced a smooth virtual viewing/application and moving in process. Excellent city center location (vinilo record store is just across the road if that's your thing!). Resident team is always a call/message away - well managed building. I enjoyed my time at Gatehouse!"
"I have moved here recently, the apartments are beautifully presented and everything went smoothly. The lovely ladies running the reception are great folks and made me feel welcome, both during my stay and throughout the check-in. I have experienced some issues with the delivery system, as i have consistently found other people`s parcels in my box, and have lost a few (probably someone else has it) With the company and the administration running the complex being quite professional, i have also figured they can be a little unflexible with requests. Overall great experience. Thank you all."
