"Worst store in the area. Sales rep Rita is impossible and is looking to push high end product sales even if you dont need them. Once she hears you are not interested on what she forces you to buy, she just loose interest and wants you to leave the store. I asked for some specific model which she denied having in stock anywhere within the company. When I challenged her showing the same thing online and in stock, she was a bit embarassed. Avoid buying from the store, and I hope the management is reading this review and give Rita some training. She could be a millionare to buy a bed spending 2999 but all the customers are not, which she needs to understand. Leaving the store we went to Dreams, just 2 mins drive, and we were welcomed with a smile, great assistance, freedom to choose what we need and finally bought it."

"DO NOT BUY FROM BENSONS - as you will see from all of the other reviews, they are taking your money and not fulfilling orders. My order is 5 months late and I've had 4 promised deliveries where no one has shown up and no one has communicated to me. The stress and admin is not worth it, trust me. Buy your bed elsewhere."
