"If I could put 0 stars I would. Deceitful, dishonest and lacking in any empathy. Sofas that we were told would be held for us, were sold on to other customers at a discounted rate, without warning. I was told by David in store that we were contacted whilst our daughter was unwell in hospital. I don't think it would have been too much to ask to wait for our response before they resold to others. We have lost our deposit, despite wanting to reorder the sofas. Cant help but feel I have dodged a bullet if this is how they treat new customers."

"Fantastic service, do ask for Shivam when looking to get a new lounge suite. Though one of the other team did our order, I had to pop in due to issues with the order, he rectified everything and even booked our delivery date all within minutes. Impressive and fantastic customer service!"

"Absolutely disgusted with the service we have received at the Reading store. Sofa's that was promised to be delivered before Christmas and now due to two mistakes made by the sales person we are now without the new Sofa's we were promised. And to top it off the sales team called us twice to try to blame the mistakes on us and then confirmed that the mistakes were the sales person's mistakes. These mistakes are the reason DFS are not keeping to their contract of delivery before Christmas through no fault of ours which is really disapointing. I would think twice before you order from this company if its anything to go by the lack of customer service we have received!"

"I never write reviews but i feel this is justified. I am Absolutely disgusted with DFS, my sofa has a bad fault and I reported it in April. Still not repaired and keep being given the same excuses. They ensured me it would be repaired at the end September but no-one contacted me. I actually went back into the store to speak to the manager face to face but still nothing has been done. Avoid DFS at all costs. Once they have you as a customer they no longer care. Absolute cow boy company and will never use them again. Can someone from DFS contact me ASAP and get this resolved"

"Review is for DFS.co.uk (online purchase) Re Benji 4 Seater Sofa, Cuddle Chair and Foot Stall in colour mink. Very happy with purchase. Great quality and very sumptuous. Very happy to recommend. Upgraded to memory foam cushion which I would recommend if you can afford. Also taken out 5 yr warranty at a decent price against accidental damage etc. The reason I purchased this sofa was it stated, that arms come off so make it easier / smaller to get into house, but please note the sofas are delivered "whole" but the team can remove if necessary. I was lucky and it just got in without removing them. The driver said it wouldn't take too long to take off and re-attach if necessary. This is our third dfs sofa purchased over the years. Very affordable and look great."
