"Shocking customer experience, will never be using this shop again, rude staff and a very rude manager, tried to return something as per precedure, I was told I was unable to return this item as it has been used? It has not or never been used by myself, its in the exact same condition and packaging it was in when purchased, I explained this over and over to be met with, a sarcastic " Sorry its not our policy when its been used" in this case I was clearly sold used goods then. Its not even about the fact I could not be return my item as I took it to another argos who took it back no problem its about the way I was spoken to and made out to be a liar and left the shop in tears."
