"This is a review of the showroom only. Having viewed the wonderful selection of sofas online, and the availability of leather sofas being far greater than Ikea, we were excited to visit Fabb and select our new furniture. The bright, airy, clean and modern showroom is an absolute pleasure to visit. The staff are friendly and professional, without feeling pushy. Where our experience here wobbled slightly was partly our own failing - be aware that you are purchasing an item that will be made to order, rather than picking a sofa to buy on the day. Lead time is 12 weeks. They do have some items that can be purchased on the day, but this is a very small selection. I am sorry that we had not planned ahead because I suspect the quality and aftersales service would have been worth the wait."

"Very pleased with Fabb sofas. Their showroom is the best looking of the lot at hedge end. Especially if you are after something modern looking. Very good displays. The floor team were always available but never intrusive. We went Saturday then Sunday once we had our choice narrowed down and were recognised which was nice. Ordering was easy with no hard sell and over quickly. Got our sofas a week early. Lovely delivery guys who called in advance. Sofa is really good quality. Love it! Well worth the wait."

"Excellent service from start to finish. I found a sofa that I liked the look of by glancing around the website so dragged the other half down to take a look. Had to go away and measure it but returned later that afternoon to order. The sales team were not pushy, attentive but gave you enough space. The order process was quick and simple. Delivery happened around 8 weeks later; the delivery staff were amazing. Getting things into our 1st floor flat is usually quite awkward but they didn't seem fazed by it and got it in the flat without concern. Real gentlemen and even showed me how to take it apart should I move away in future. 1st class service and reasonable prices."

"From walking into the shop, not being hounded by staff, great selection of sofas. Found my dream sofa at a fantastic price, staff courteous and did not push me into anything I didn't want. 8 weeks to the day it was delivered by Trevor. I live on the 2nd floor in a flat. He viewed and said it could be a problem getting the sofa into my lounge. Off he trotted to the van. Luckily for me I purchased a sofa where the arms could be removed. Trevor and his drill did wonders. A great addition to the Fabb Sofa team. He was polite and nothing was a bother. Well done!"

"Fantastic looking store, love that you can see the logo from the motorway! Sales staff were incredibly professional and approachable. I was first spoken to by someone who I believe was the manager and he was genuinely interested in my feedback about the store. From the point of order to delivery I had a great experience. The delivery staff were lovely and very hardworking!"
