"We have recently had issues with a kitchen fitted that was from Howdens (not Howdens error) although we are classed as a 3rd party and our builder should have been rectifying the issue, Howdens have been really quick to act on the issue, came out to view it and have been nothing but helpful and accommodating with our situation. Richard the manager at Hedge End has been brilliant and has sorted out issues that should have been done by our builder.
