"Same as other reviews here - happy to take the fee to tell me my washing machine doesnt work but not to do the work to actually get hold of the part to fix. Incredibly annoying because we then used a defective machine for 2 years while waiting for a part Guess what? No part, always me calling Scam."

"Have had the exact same experience as the other one star review. Booked Paul to do a simple fix on the dishwasher and replace an on/off switch. Called numerous times to find out where the button on order was and he said he would check and call back. The man has no respect for his customers, took my money and we have never seen the part. Do not use this man, do not trust him. Find another company that is dependable and honourable. This lot are completely unprofessional and I will never use them again."

"We used Keen Domestic to fix our dishwasher twice, first time it was quick solution and done the job well, however, the dishwasher broke again and on calling Paul, he confirmed it was another part that was broken (we don't know whether it was caused by the new heating element or it was just coincidence that they both failed in short succession). He did come to check the appliance, replaced the part and got paid promptly. However, the part he replaced turned out to be defective. Since then we did not receive customer support and clear communication from him. I called numerous times to see what was going on, he gave me dates that kept being pushed back and 5 weeks later we are still waiting. He told us the parts are taking long time to arrive, however, he failed to communicate with us - we understand that importing parts are taking longer now. He promises to call back and NEVER calls back when he said he would, and now I am still chasing up to get my money back for the faulty part. He has not returned my last 4 calls and I am left with less money and non functional dishwasher for over a month! Appalling service. For sure will not be using him in the future."
