"They are not in Camberley. Very expensive. They will tell you they have all the parts on their van, but they don't. They will then ask you to pay almost another call out fee to fit the part they didn't have. i feel it's a bit of a con. I called them because I thought they were local, but they aren't they are based in Ringwood. When I phoned to complain the girl on the line wouldn't let me get a word in. When I raised my voice over hers she put the phone down. One way of dealing with complaints."
"Do not use this company! Professionalism, customer service or rather their lack of, and general curtsey are missing in an abundance. Three weeks ago we called them out reference our noisy tumble dryer were upon arrival the engineer, if that's what he can be called, spent no more than five minutes looking for the fault. His diagnosis technique included removing the filter, turning the drum manually and then listening to the machine, only after having to be shown where the on/off button was, for maybe thirty seconds. Before then quoting £200 for a replacement motor and charging £70, more than the amount that was originally quoted, for the call out. When I called the office to complain about the low level of service I was informed that all call out's include a machine service as standard in addition to the fault find and that the total time taken should have been 45 minutes. Since then I have, as their receptionist suggested, sent an email highlighting my concerns to their manger, only to be ignored. Several calls have now been made to their office and each time I have been told that the Manager is either currently out of the office or in a meeting, but that it (the situation) will be brought (yet again) to his attention and that he will respond. A response that is still yet to come, despite me again having spoken to them this morning! Avoid this company like the plague."
"Engineer did not know our Bosch dishwasher. Guessed it was the pump, which he would have to order. After follow up after two days we were told that we would have to pay for the pump up front, double the price ordering from Bosch. We decided to call Bosch direct and engineer came next day and fixed the problem, nothing to do with the pump."
