"Left a favorite anorak in for a zip replacement. I had been told in another dry cleaning shop that it was hopeless due to the way the zip was aligned. But the repair job was fantastic and I have tried out the new zip....perfect! Thank you for a great job!"

"I dropped clothes in to be washed, dried & folded. I spent €118.50. My husband collected the first lot he sent down and I had to return one large bag full as the didn't smell clean. When I went to collect the second lot it was the very same. I had brought the bag I was unhappy with and couldn't communicate with the girl who couldn't speak English at the counter. She gave me the managers phone number and he fought with me down the phone. His explanation for the clothes not smelling like they were washed was "it's a very deep cleaner so the clothes don't smell as nice. To get a better clean you lose the smell" He apparently washed the clothes again and delivered them. He told my husband a different story then "the clothes don't smell as fresh because we can hang them out on a line" What a complete waste of money - he refused to give me the clothes without paying again. I was disgusted. He's an extremely rude man and I not only would I not return but I would warn you not to have your clothes dropped off here."

"This was a great place to have my laundry done efficiently and with perfect results every time. I never had to wait for a machine to become available, and was able to get my laundry done in no time at all. The owners were available and helpful for any queries I had. Great service great staff well done!"

"Brought a jacket here with faux fur elements. It was the first time being dry cleaned and cost €250. It was pointed out to clean a specific stain When it was taken home, it was noticed that a) The specific stain was not cleaned at all b) Another part of the jacket was badly damaged by what appeared to be burning ( there was a heavy print suggesting an iron burn ). The faux fur is now matted because of this. Upon returning to address it, the staff took the jacket and started brushing it, without permission. Concerns on how the original stain was not cleaned were pushed aside as they insisted they followed protocol. It was a confusing ordeal as they seemed extremely unapologetic about the evident damage and did not offer a refund of any kind, despite the problems mentioned. The staff put us under pressure to leave the jacket on site so they could review it further (suggesting they recognised they were at fault!). As they failed in what was set out and had totally disregarded our concerns, we saw no reason for this and left with the jacket. At one point we were made to talk on the phone to the person who damaged the coat originally, which made the scenario much more confusing. To reiterate - at no point was an apology offered or a refund offered. Would certainly not recommend. Last time here."

"This is a great little shop for dry cleaning, I tend to use it for washing summer and winter duvets when I swap them. Friendly staff, quick turnaround times and decent prices. I see a lot of shirts/skirts their so I presume they do regular dry cleaning for people in a hurry"
