"I think my review has been removed. So I am posting it once again. The house was cleaned to a good standard but the two bedrooms were left like this (see attached) with the contents of the locker and floor dumped on top. I called the office and emailed but got no response (still haven’t). I had paid through Revolut so I contacted the team through that and they came back. However they said that this was the way they did bedrooms which I find hard to believe. Had I paid cash I would have had no way of contacting them so I advise anyone using the service to take contact numbers ahead of time. The kitchen and sitting room were left spotless, bathrooms ok, bedrooms barely touched."

The Team dedicated to cleaning our house did not show up, we had to postpone the work by 3 hours, and the final price was 40% higher than the initial "quote" we were provided with. On top of that, the quality of the work done was very questionable, as we have found dust pretty much everywhere in the house. The "inspection" mentioned on their website never happened. If you have other options, I would recommend using another service."
