"I booked a service via their website on Thursday morning, I canceled this 2 hours later. At the time of booking there was a deposit taken however this would only be a non refundable deposit if I canceled within 24 hours of the service booked taken place. The service was book for Saturday & was canceled on Thursday. I received an email confirmation that the deposit would become non refundable if the service was canceled within 24 hours of the booked service taken place, I emailed after cancelling online to ask about my deposit being refunded, I was told no, deposits are all non refundable since covid & I would not be getting a refund, the website at the time of booking said this was a refundable deposit & my booking confirmation also stated this was a refundable deposit. I have sent a number of emails & I have been told they will update their website but this doesn’t take away from the fact I booked with a refundable deposit & they are refusing to refund this. It is illegal to advertise one policy & implement another. I wonder how many others have had their money stolen like this? I will endeavour to get my deposit back & I will get it back but I feel I need to warn others. There are many honest businesses out there, please shop around and avoid a company who are this dishonest, how can they be trusted in our homes when they behave like this. I definitely feel lucky that I canceled"
