"Found Greenclean very efficient the 1st year but since last year they're totally the opposite. In August I paid for 7 bin washes but they haven't washed any bins at all. I've tried various ways to contact them to no avail. My neighbours bins are being washed but I don't understand why they pass by my bins .Eventually last week I got through, the man said I can forget about them coming out this side of Christmas because they're so busy and also they don't clean bins in my estate. When I told him they wash my neighbours bins 3 doors away he said, you'll have to speak to Paul. The next day I received an email saying they're sorry they though they had refunded me back in August. They will do it straight away. I replied asking why are they refunding me, I didn't request an refund, I want my bins washed. They didn't reply , and today I got a refund. I have no clue why they did this and they won't reply to me."

"Dishonest company. Had a very bad experience with this company this week. After waiting over a month for my bins to be cleaned, I paid for my 3 bins and when the guy arrived he refused to clean one of my bins because he said I had paid for 1 of my bins and 1 of my neighbours bins to be cleaned. When going back to the “office” he said I would get no refund as I was dishonest. I have all receipts and email and text correspondence clearly stating that all 3 of the bins were all mine and that I paid for all 3 at my address. Why anyone would pay for their neighbours bins to be cleaned makes no sense to me! After asking to speak to the owner the guy blocked my number stating he was the owner. Very very rude man and to block an honest customer and not deal truthfully with a situation just shows the way he runs his “business”. Very sketchy and dishonest business and no idea how to treat a customer. After reading the reviews it seems a lot of customers have been treated this way too!"

"Appalling service. Refused to clean 3rd bin, refused refund and tried to say he was booked in for another address not ours. Emailed screenshots and his text of our address booked in and the 3 bin service we paid for. He also said to my wife - quote "Disappointed that you did not answer my direct questions to you truthfully." I never heard of a service or an owner of a business call someone untruthful in all my life especially about washing a bin. I will be reporting to his affiliates and will be sending a legal letter. Owner is the rudest bin man I've ever met in my life. At least two out of my three bins are very clean. Stay clear of this company."

"Have used this company twice now. The first time was perfect, they arrived when they said, cleaned my bins and left. Second time using the service and we had the most minor of issues which meant our bins wasn’t cleaned, which could have been easily resolved but instead we get accused of been liars and that they take no responsibility for the issue. I have no doubt they will respond to this saying differently but my advise is to be careful when booking as any issue will leave you flabbergasted as to how they handle it. I see other negative reviews saying same"
